The annual analysis lets our partners and customers better understand how we perceive sustainability, actions, and prioritised targets. It also serves as a crucial tool for directing our sustainability efforts and ensuring that we stay on track, delivering in a way that considers financial, environmental, and social developments.

Sustainability in Practice – Our Steps Towards Reduced Carbon Emissions 🌍
Since initiating this voluntary sustainability assessment in 2023, we have made significant progress towards our sustainability objectives. Over this period, we have reduced our emissions per employee from 2.6 tonnes CO₂e/employee per year to 1.3 tonnes CO₂e/employee in 2025, representing a 50% reduction. This substantial improvement has been achieved through the implementation of targeted sustainability initiatives and operational measures, including the actions outlined below. These efforts illustrates our commitment to continuously reducing our environmental impact while supporting a more sustainable future.

Transport – We have optimised our logistics flows and switched to HVO100 for several transports, significantly reducing emissions.

Digital Meetings & Train Travel – By prioritising digital meetings and opting for trains instead of flights, we have saved hundreds of kilos of CO₂e. One example: 12 hours of train travel from Stockholm to EANM in Hamburg saved approximately 800 kg of CO₂e.

IT Management – By sending back IT equipment we no longer use, we have saved over 1 tonne of CO₂e and given technology a new life.

Procurement – Almost all suppliers have signed our Code of Conduct, strengthening our shared environmental responsibility.

Public Transport as a Benefit – We encourage our co-workers to travel sustainably by offering public transportation cards, and they are widely used.
