Hello Lisa! So great to have you on board. How did you end up at SAM Nordic?
Thanks, it feels great! When I saw the job advert I could not resist applying for this job. It felt like my dream job finally appeared. I love creating and developing departments within companies and people and culture within companies have always been what I love. When I did the research regarding SAM Nordic I became even more engaged when I understood the impact that the company has.
What did you do before you came to SAM Nordic?
I’ve been working within HR for the last 11 years. Most recently I worked as a manager of a Higher Vocational Education and before that, I worked with recruiting, leadership, and learning and development. The pharmaceutical industry is new for me but I’m looking forward to creating engagement together with my co-workers and maintaining the amazing culture that we have!
So far, what is your impression of SAM Nordic as a company?
It feels great, what an awesome group of people that work here! A company that is fearless, innovative, and has a lot of laughs daily. I love it!
What do you look forward most to, in the coming months, working at SAM Nordic?
Getting to know my co-workers, and starting to develop the HR area and hopefully, I will contribute to continued growth within the company!
What is the most valuable thing you learned, so far, in your career?
Dare to try new things and that engagement is often the key to success.
Where will you mostly be found, when not at work?
You will find me in the kitchen cooking various meals or at the gym where I spend a lot of time. Shortly I will also travel once again and then you will find me sleeping in the sun.
