How did you end up at SAM Nordic?
Good question! I saw the job advertisement and felt that the role was very interesting and suitable for me with my experience in Talent Acquisition. The fact that SAM Nordic is on an incredible growth journey with a great purpose made it feel even more obvious to apply. I am now on my second week at work and can say that I am very happy that I chose to send in my application!
What did you do before you came to SAM Nordic?
Before joining SAM Nordic, I worked at a recruiting and staffing agency for about two years. My role there was as HR & Recruitment Lead where I was responsible for the HR- and Talent Acquisition Team. I hope to contribute with a lot of new knowledge from my previous experience within Talent Acquisition as building up recruitment processes, working with onboarding and finding the right talents for different needs.
So far, what is your impression of SAM Nordic as a company?
Even though I only started a couple of weeks ago I’ve gotten an incredibly good impression of SAM Nordic as a company. If I had to choose one thing that distinguishes the company a little extra, it’s the team spirit and the warm welcoming you get as a new employee.
What do you look forward most to working at SAM Nordic in the coming months?
So far it’s been a lot of focus on the introduction and getting a bigger picture and understanding of the company which has been very interesting. In the coming months, I am looking forward to getting started and focusing on my upcoming work tasks and hopefully bringing new ideas to the team!
What is the most valuable thing you learned, so far, in your career?
That teamwork makes the dream work! Jokes aside, seeing the strengths of every person at a workplace and being able to learn from each other and develop together.
Where will you mostly be found, when not at work?
I am probably out in the woods with our dog, at the gym or trying out new restaurants with my fiancé, friends or family. During the summer you will most likely find me in our summer house in Spain going for long beach walks!
