Welcome, Hanna!

We are happy to welcome a new team member of SAM Nordic. Let me introduce Hanna Westlinder as our new Commercial Manager.

Hello Hanna! So great to have you with us. How did you end up at SAM Nordic?

This is an interesting question. I saw an advertisement for an open position at Sam Nordic and really felt that this is a company and an upcoming journey I want to be a part of. And from what I have seen so far, I was right.

What did you do before you came to SAM Nordic? / What do you bring to the table?

I have been working in the pharma industry for over 15 years. I studied pharmacy at the University and quickly realised what an important part, of getting the treatment to the patient, the pharma industry has. I have worked in large global companies and have a broad experience in different parts of the industry. As Sam Nordic is a growing company, I think this experience is something Sam Nordic can take advantage of.

So far, what is your impression of SAM Nordic as a company?

SAM Nordic has an open atmosphere. Everyone is dedicated to helping each other to bring the treatment to the patients. The type of products we distribute has other requirements than what is common in the medical industry. It requires high engagement to deliver treatment to the patients on demand.

What do you look forward most to, in the coming months, working at SAM Nordic?

To fully understand the theragnostic of cancer care and to be a part of this team.

What is the most valuable thing you learned, so far, in your career?

No one can do everything, but everyone can do something. All different types of people with different skills and personalities are needed to succeed.

Where will you most likely be found, when not at work?

Out in nature – hiking, mountain biking and downhill biking in spring summer and autumn and downhill skiing and cross-country skiing in the winter. I can’t say no to OCR races, especially the muddy ones.
