YOUR WEEKDAY
In the role of IT project manager at SAM Nordic, your main responsibility will be to compile the company’s needs for development and integration to digitize / automate processes and tasks and to ensure that projects are led all the way from start to finish. SAM Nordic’s ambition is to become more digital, automated and fast-moving, and you will have the opportunity to be a driving force in this work.
Examples of tasks:
- Implementation of new IT systems
- Integration between web and business systems
- Lead projects and automate workflows
- Validate existing IT systems
- Develop an IT policy
- Hold in-house training in your area
The role is central to the business and you will work closely with all employees. SAM Nordic has outsourced IT where you will also have the main responsibility over the suppliers and be their primary contact area. The role is completely new and the right person is offered great opportunities to be involved and influence and develop the role in the future.
WHO ARE YOU?
We are looking for you with documented experience of running IT projects from start to finish, preferably through digitization projects. You have relevant technical education or equivalent experience. You speak fluent English and Swedish and as a person we want you to be thorough and orderly, positive and curious and have a good ability to work together. Furthermore, you thrive in changing environments and are happy to be involved and influence.
SAM Nordic is a relatively small workplace and great emphasis is placed on personal qualities. It is an advantage if you have previous experience from the pharmaceutical or other regulated industry and if you have an understanding of business development.

We operate throughout the Nordic region as well as in the Baltics and the Netherlands, and our partners and suppliers are located all over the world. Head office is located in Nacka Strand outside Stockholm. Today, 19 people work at the company. Most employees are in Sweden, but there are also staff in Denmark and Finland. SAM Nordic is in a strong growth phase and expects additional employee additions to the company in the coming years.
